Processing Times
All of our jewelry pieces are custom-made with care. Please allow 1–3 business days for production before shipping. During peak periods or promotional campaigns, production times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship to the United States only.
- Standard Shipping (Free on orders $50+): 4–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Shipping fees and options will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to become active.
Delays & Exceptions
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, or customs clearance delays. Weather events and peak seasonal traffic may also impact delivery times.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim.
