We want you to love your Silver Gift Things purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of the date your tracking shows delivered.
  • Items must be unused/unworn, in original packaging, with all accessories included and in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized/custom items (final sale)
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards and final sale/clearance items

Exception: If a personalized or non-returnable item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will remake or refund it.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@silvergiftthings.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply with a return authorization (RMA) and instructions. Please do not ship anything back before receiving approval.
  3. Unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Shipping Safety: When returning items at your own cost, please use a trackable service and keep the receipt. We’re not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged/Defective or Incorrect Items

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item, inner/outer packaging, and the shipping label.
  • Once verified, we will provide a prepaid return label or a free remake/replacement.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this period, the order may enter production or ship and cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Refunds

  • Returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.

Original Shipping: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

International Returns

Customs duties, taxes and import fees are non-refundable. Please mark the package as “Return to Sender” where applicable and keep a trackable receipt.

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, contact us first to receive an exchange authorization. We’ll create a new order once your return is received and inspected.
