Return & Exchange Policy
- Return Window: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Products must be unworn, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Non-Returnable Items: Personalized items, earrings (for hygiene reasons), gift cards, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
- Processing Time: Returns are processed within 5 business days after receipt. Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Cancellations
