I purchased 2 items from the seller. The items were beautiful. However, I received one that was damaged. I contacted the seller and was assured that I would receive a replacement as soon as possible. Weeks went by, and I didn't receive any updates on the status on my replacement. When I contacted the seller again about the replacement, I was told I would get an email when it was shipping out. Long story short, I escalated the matter to etsy, who refunded me my money after almost a month of trying to get my replacement.

This was a really great gift for my 10yr old niece. It looked just like the necklaces in the listing and is good quality. The size of the name plate is perfect and the necklace is nice and light weight. My niece was overjoyed with her gift.
