We want you to love your Silver Gift Things purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Return Window
- Items can be returned within 30 days of the date your tracking shows delivered.
- Items must be unused/unworn, in original packaging, with all accessories included and in resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized/custom items (final sale)
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards and final sale/clearance items
Exception: If a personalized or non-returnable item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will remake or refund it.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at info@silvergiftthings.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll reply with a return authorization (RMA) and instructions. Please do not ship anything back before receiving approval.
- Unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Shipping Safety: When returning items at your own cost, please use a trackable service and keep the receipt. We’re not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Damaged/Defective or Incorrect Items
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item, inner/outer packaging, and the shipping label.
- Once verified, we will provide a prepaid return label or a free remake/replacement.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this period, the order may enter production or ship and cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Refunds
- Returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.
Original Shipping: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.
International Returns
Customs duties, taxes and import fees are non-refundable. Please mark the package as “Return to Sender” where applicable and keep a trackable receipt.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, contact us first to receive an exchange authorization. We’ll create a new order once your return is received and inspected.
